Daniel J. Gallagher is a judge on the Cook County Circuit Court in Illinois. Elected in 2010, his current term expires in 2016.

Education

Gallagher earned a B.A. from Duke University in 1989, going on to receive his J.D. from the Notre Dame Law School in 1993.[1]

Career

Prior to his judicial election in 2010, Gallagher was an attorney with the Cook County Public Defender's Office for over 13 years.[1]

2010 election

Gallagher defeated Republican Maureen Masterson Pulia in the general election, winning 69.93% of the vote.[2][3][4]
