Delaware judicial elections
Justices and judges in Delaware do not participate in judicial elections. Instead, they are screened by a judicial nominating commission, chosen via gubernatorial appointment and confirmed by the Delaware Senate. When their terms expire, judges are subject to the same system as the original appointment.
