James Erik Marner is a judge on the Pima County Superior Court in Arizona. He was appointed by Governor Jan Brewer in June 2012 to succeed John S. Leonardo.[1]

Marner served for six years in the U.S. Marine Corps.[1]

Before joining the court, Marner was an attorney with Shultz and Rollins, Ltd. from 1997 to 2012.[1]
