Sixth Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. He has served in this position since May of 2003. He was re-elected on November 2, 2010 to a 6 year term that ends on January 2, 2017.
Andrews received his A.A. degree from Florida State University in 1985 and his B.S. degree (in political science) from the same university in 1987. In 1991, he earned his J.D. degree from the FSU College of Law. Prior to his legal career, he spent one year as a History/Social Studies teacher in Dade County.
Andrews began his career as an Assistant State Attorney. He worked in that capacity for six and a half years before joining the County Court in July of 1997. He then became a Circuit Court judge in May of 2003.
