Nevada Justice Courts
Nevada Justice Courts are courts in the state of Nevada that hear civil and criminal cases.
Civil cases heard by The Nevada Justice Courts include lawsuits where the amount in dispute is $10,000 or less, landlord and tenant controversies, small claims cases and the full range of civil and criminal traffic offenses.
Justice Courts have limited jurisdiction over certain types of civil and criminal cases.
Justice Courts cannot hear cases with disputes over boundaries or title to real property, mining claims or disputes over the validity of a tax or assessment or fine.
