Raymond Charles Clevenger III is a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He joined the court in 1990 after being nominated by President George H.W. Bush. He took senior status on February 1, 2006.

Clevenger was nominated by President George H.W. Bush on January 24, 1990 to a seat vacated by Oscar Davis as Davis died in active judicial service.
