Stephen J. McEwen, Jr. is a senior judge on the Pennsylvania Superior Court, one of Pennsylvania's two statewide intermediate appellate courts.

McEwen first joined the Superior Court in 1981. He served as its President Judge from 1996-2001. He was then retained to a 10-year term in November of 2001.[1][2][3]
