The Fifteenth Judicial District of the Louisiana District Courts covers the same geographical boundaries as Acadia Parish, Lafayette Parish, and Vermillon Parish, in Louisiana.

The courthouses are located in Crowley, Lafayette, and Abbeville, and contains both civil and criminal courts. Frederick Calendar is the Court Commissioner. Robert Baroouse of Acadia Parish, Louis Parette of Lafayette Parish, and Diane Meaux Broussard of Vermillion Parish serve as the respective Clerks of Court.
