The 19th Judicial District of the Louisiana District Courts covers the East Baton Rouge Parish of Louisiana. It is one of Louisiana's 42 judicial districts.
Cases are heard in Downtown Baton Rouge covering the East Side of Baton Rouge and nearby suburbs.
Doug Welborn is the District's Clerk of Courts and Rachel Pitcher Morgan and John Smart are the Court Commissioners.
When decisions from this court are appealed, they are appealed to the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeal.
