2011 election
Biichle ran for an open seat on the Lycoming County Magisterial District. He was defeated by John Kemp in both parties' primaries on May 17. He received 20.9% in the Democratic primary and 18.4% of the vote in the Republican primary. [1] He cross-filed with the Republican and Democratic parties.[2]
