Alexandra Davis DiPentima is a judge of the Connecticut Appellate Court. She took the oath of office on May 13, 2003.[1] DiPentima was named chief judge of the court on March 29, 2010. [2] [3]
Education
Alexandra DiPentima graduated from Princeton with an A.B. degree in intellectual history in 1975. She then graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1979.[1]
Career
Alexandra DiPentima began her career in 1979 as a staff attorney for Connecticut Legal Services Inc. She joined the law firm Moller, Horton & Fineberg, P.C. in 1981. She litigated at the trial courts level and practiced appellate advocacy. In September of 1993, she was appointed to the Superior Court by Governor Weicker. She has served as the presiding judge of the Hartford New Britain Housing Session, presiding judge in Meriden, and the Administrative Judge of the Litchfield District.[1]
