Amy V. Hollars is a judge for the Thirteenth Judicial District in Tennessee. Judge Hollars is a Circuit Court judge in Livingston, Tennessee. She was appointed by Governor Bredesen in July of 2009 to fill a seat vacated by her father, retired judge John A. Turnbull. She had been filling the seat on an interim basis since her father's retirement in 2008. [1]

Hollars was one of three judges recommended to the Governor for that seat by the Tennessee Judicial Nominating Commission.
