Ana Gardiner was a Civil Division judge of the Seventeenth Circuit of Florida.[1]
Judicial misconduct
Judge Gardiner is under investigation by the Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission for allegations of improper contact with former state prosecutor Howard Scheinberg. Charges were filed on March 3, 2010. [2][3][4][5]
Gardiner announced on April 21, 2010, that she would resign on May 28, 2010.[6][7]
