Andrew Kirkpatrick

Andrew Kirkpatrick (1844-1904) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
He received a recess appointment from President Grover Cleveland on November 20, 1896 and was nominated on December 8th. He was confirmed by the Senate on December 15, 1896, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on May 3, 1904.
