Andrew McConnell January Cochran

Andrew McConnell January Cochran (1854-1934) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
He received a recess appointment from President William McKinley on April 24, 1901 and was nominated on December 5th. He was confirmed by the Senate on December 17,1901, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on June 12, 1934.
