Andrew "Andy" Richard Harrington is an assistant attorney general in Fairbanks, Alaska. He was nominated by the Alaska Judicial Council in 2012 to be considered for the Alaska Supreme Court. The position was left open after Justice Morgan Christen left to take a spot on the Ninth Circuit. Governor Sean Parnell appointed Peter J. Maassen to the vacancy in August 2012. [1]

Harrington graduated from University of New York at Buffalo with his B.A. and later from Harvard University Law School with his J.D. in 1980.[2][3]
