Ann Carrott is a Minnesota Seventh Judicial District judge for Douglas County, Minnesota. She was appointed to this position on October 5, 2007 and was elected in 2008 to a full term ending in January of 2015.[1]

Education

Carrott received her B.A. degree from Lawrence University in 1973 and her J.D. degree from the Hamline University School of Law in 1980.[1]

Career

Carrott began her legal career in 1981 as an Assistant Morrison County Attorney. She then worked as a Douglas County Attorney from 1984 through 1996. From 1997 until her judicial appointment in 2007, she practiced with the firm of Swenson, Lervick, Syverson, Trosvig, Jacobson.[1]
