Ann H. Lokuta was one of the Common Pleas judges of Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1]
Removal from office
Lokuta was removed from office in 2008, and is seeking reinstatement. [2] The Pennsylvania Court of Judicial Discipline voted 4-3 on January 4, 2010 to uphold it's decision to remove her from the court. An attorney for the judge has indicated that they will pursue the case with the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. [3]
