Anne Barnes

Anne Elizabeth Barnes is a judge on the Georgia Court of Appeals. She took office on January 1, 1999. She was retained by voters in 2004.^[1]

Biography

Anne Barnes graduated from Georgia State University in 1979 and went on to receive her law degree from the University of Georgia in 1983. She also received a Master of Laws in the Judicial Process degree from the University of Virginia in 2004.^[1]
