Arnold B. Goldin is a chancellor for the Shelby County Chancery Court in the Thirtieth Judicial District of Tennessee. He was appointed to this position by Gov. Don Sundquist in September of 2002 to replace the late Floyd Peete, Jr.[1][2] In 2006, he was re-elected to his current term, which ends in 2014.[3][4]

Education

Goldin received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia in 1971 and his law degree from Memphis State University in 1974.[2]

Legal career

Goldin worked as a private practice lawyer from 1974 until he was appointed Chancellor in 2002.[2]
