Arthur Rusch is a former South Dakota First Judicial Circuit presiding judge.[1] He retired from the court on June 8, 2011, after 17 years of service. [2]

Vacancy

The vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Rusch has been filled by Cheryle Gering. Gering was appointed by Governor Dennis Daugaard in April 2011. [3]
