Baldwin County is the largest county in Alabama.[1] [2]

The people of Baldwin County are served by a Circuit Court, District Court, Probate Court, and twelve Municipal Courts.

The United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama has jurisdiction in Baldwin County. Appeals from the Southern District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
