The Berea Municipal Court has jurisdiction over violations of municipal ordinances, with some exceptions. This court is located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. The Berea Municipal Court covers Berea, Middleburg Heights, Brook Park, Strongsville, Olmsted Falls, Olmsted Township, the Metro Parks and the Ohio State Patrol.[1]
