Bert Emory Haney

Bert Emory Haney (1879-1943) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
He was nominated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on August 21, 1935 to a seat created by 49 Stat. 508. He was confirmed by the Senate on August 23rd, and received commission August 24th. He served until his death on September 18, 1943. [1]
