Billy Michael Burrage (1950-present) was a federal judge on the Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma.
Burrage was nominated simultaneously to all three Oklahoma District Courts by President Bill Clinton on March 9, 1994, to a seat vacated by Harold Cook; he was confirmed by the Senate on June 8, 1994, and received commission the next day. He served as chief judge of the Eastern District from 1996 until his death on March 1, 2001.[1] Burrage was succeeded in this position by James Payne.
