Bobby E. Shepherd (b. 1951) is a judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. He was nominated by President George W. Bush on May 18, 2006, to a seat vacated by Morris Arnold. Shepherd was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on July 20, 2006, and received commission on October 10, 2006. He was also a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas, 1993-2006.[1]
