Brady nominated to 4th Judicial District

Salt Lake City, Utah: M. James Brady was appointed by Gov. Herbert to a vacant seat on the Utah Fourth Judicial District. If approved by the state Senate, he will replace the retired Judge Howard Maetani on this court. Brady is a partner of the law firm Bradford & Brady.[1]
