Braxton County, West Virginia

Braxton County is within the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit of the West Virginia Circuit Court, and the Seventeenth Circuit of the West Virginia Family Courts.[1]

The United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia has jurisdiction in Braxton County. Appeals from the Northern District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
