Brian F. Kenney is a judge on the United States bankruptcy court, Eastern District of Virginia. He was appointed in 2011 to replace Stephen S. Mitchell.
Judge Kenney has been practicing law since 1983. He received his business banking specialist certificate from the American Board of Certification. In 1989, he joined the law firm Miles & Stockbridge. Since January 1, 1992, he was a principal attorney in their Virginia Office.
