Education

Flynn graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1989 and then received his law degree from Widener University (Wilmington, Delaware) in 1992.[1]

Career

Flynn worked as a prosecutor in the 21st Judicial District for 11 years prior to his judicial appointment in January of 2005. During this time, he completed 128 trials, including 3 murder trials, and attained the position of Chief Deputy District Attorney.[1]
