Brian Quinn

Brian Quinn is the Chief Justice of the Texas Seventh District Court of Appeals. He joined this court in 1995 and became the Chief Justice in May of 2005.^[1] His current term ends on December 31, 2014.^[2]

Education

Justice Quinn graduated from the University of Texas, El Paso in 1978 and Texas Tech University School of Law in 1981.^[1]

Legal Career

Prior to taking the bench in 1995, Justice Quinn worked in private practice. After clerking for the Honorable George Kazen of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Justice Quinn rose to the level of partner at WcWhorter, Cobb & Johnson.^[1]
