H. Bruce Guyton is a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. He has served in this position since June of 2003.[1]

Biography and Education

Judge Guyton grew up in Knoxville, Tennessee. He received his undergraduate degree from Rhodes College in 1978 and his law degree from the University of Virginia in 1981.[1]

Career

Judge Guyton worked as a private practice lawyer for 21 years before he was appointed Magistrate Judge in 2003.[1]
