H. W. 'Bucky' McMillan is a former judge on the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals. He was elected to that position in 1984 in Place 1. J. Elizabeth Kellum succeeded him in his post on this court.
Biography
Judge McMillan attended the University of Alabama and the Cumberland School of Law.[1]
