Carol Ann Conboy is an associate justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court. She was appointed to this position by Governor John Lynch in June of 2009.[1]
Education
Conboy graduated from the University of Connecticut, served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War, and then attended the Franklin Pierce Law Center, where she received her law degree in 1978.[1]
Legal career
Justice Conboy began her legal career as a clerk for Judge Shane Devine of the New Hampshire Federal District Court. She then joined the law firm McLane, Graf, Raulerson and Middleton, where she focused on employment law. Conboy was a judge on the New Hampshire Superior Court for 17 years before she was nominated to the New Hampshire Supreme Court.[1]
