Carolina Maria Stark is a judge for the Milwaukee County Circuit Court in Wisconsin. She was elected to her position on April 3, 2012. [1]
2012 election
Stark ran successfully, defeating third-time candidate Christopher Lipscomb in the February 21st primary and unseating incumbent Nelson Phillips in the April 3rd election.[1][2][3][2][4]

Education
Stark received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Spanish from St. Louis University and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School.[2]
Career
Up until her election to the Milwaukee County Circuit Court in 2012, Stark served as an Administrative Law Judge for the State of Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development. She is also the Vice Chair of the Milwaukee Fire and Police Commission. Previously she worked as a trial attorney with Stark Law Office, LLC and the Milwaukee-based Centro Legal Por Derechos Humanos and Esperanza Unida.[2]
