Charles Byron Bellinger (1839-1905) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Oregon.

He was nominated by President Grover Cleveland on April 11, 1893. He was confirmed by the Senate on April 15, 1893, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on May 12, 1905.
