Charles Cooper Nott (1827-1916) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Claims.

Nott was nominated to the Court of Claims by President Abraham Lincoln. He was commissioned on February 22, 1865. He was appointed chief justice of the court by President Grover Cleveland on February 7, 1897, and served as chief judge until assuming senior status on December 31, 1905. He served in that capacity until his death on March 9, 1916.[1]
