Charles H. Henry is a senior resident superior court judge for the Second Division of the Superior Court, 4B Judicial District, serving Onslow County in North Carolina. Henry was appointed to the court by Governor Jim Hunt in February 1998 and was later elected to an eight-year term in November 1998. He has since won re-election in 2006 and his current term expires in 2014.[1]
Education
Henry received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his J.D. from Wake Forest University.[1]
Career
Before becoming a judge, Henry practiced law from 1980 until 1998 in the Onslow County area, and he also worked as a Certified Superior Court Mediator.[1]
