Charles Byron Renfrew (1928-present) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Renfrew was nominated by President Richard Nixon on November 29, 1971, to a seat vacated by Gerald Levin; he was confirmed by the Senate on December 2, 1971, and received commission on December 9, 1971. He served the Northern District of California until his resignation on February 27, 1980. Renfrew was succeeded in this position by Eugene Lynch.
