Charles Robinson

Charles Edwards Robinson was the presiding judge of Circuit 30 in St. Clair County, Alabama.[1] He served on this court from 2001 to September 2011. [2] [3]

Biography

Judge Robinson received his B.A. degree from the University of Alabama in 1962 and his J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law in 1965.[2]

Career

Judge Robinson was admitted to the practice of law on January 1, 1965.[4] He began practicing law with Judge Frank Embry. In 1971, he became the District Attorney for St. Clair and Blount Counties (30th Judicial Circuit). He then joined the law practice of Church, Trussell & Robinson in 1975. From 1990 to 2001, he worked as a part-time Assistant District Attorney. He then joined the Circuit Court.[2]
