Charles Witmer

Charles Whitmer (1862-1925) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

He was nominated by President William Howard Taft on February 20, 1911 to fill the seat vacated by Robert Wodrow Archbald. He was confirmed by the Senate on March 2, 1911, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on April 7, 1925.
