Chester County, Tennessee

Chester County is located within the Twenty Sixth Judicial District. The people of Chester County are served by a Circuit Court, a General Sessions Court, a Juvenile Court and a Chancery Court.[1]

The United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee has jurisdiction in Chester County. Appeals from the Western District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
