Chester Scott is a Contractor and Vice President of Modular Systems, Inc. in Polk County in Oregon.[1]

2010 election

Scott ran against Monte Campbell, Sally Avera and Melanie Mansell for Position 2 on the Polk County Circuit Court in the general election. He was defeated by Monte Campbell. [2][3]

Education

Scott received his Bachelor of Science in Law from the University of Oregon in 1963 and later he received his Bachelor of Law from the University of Oregon in 1965. [4][1]

Career

Chester Scott was the City Attorney for the City of Independence from 1966 to 1975 and City Attorney for the City of Monmouth in 1966 and Pro Tem City Administrator for the City of Waldport in 1998.[4][1]
