2012 election
Mennemeyer was elected to the 45th Circuit Court. After defeating Gary Grunick and winning the Republican primary, Mennemeyer received 14,801 votes in the general election on November 6th, winning with 231 votes ahead of opponent T. Bennett Burkemper, Jr. who received 14,570 votes.[2][3][4]
