Clarkson S. Fisher, Jr. is a judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, Part D. He joined the Appellate Division on August 1, 2003 and his term expires in 2022.[1]

Education

Judge Fisher received his bachelor's degree from Villanova University and his J.D. from Seton Hall University. [2]

Professional career

After graduation from law school, Fisher was a law clerk for Superior Court Judge James T. Owens. He entered private practice after that, including work with the the firm Ober, Kaler, Grimes and Shriver. In 1993 Fisher was appointed to the New Jersey Superior Courts by Governor James M. Florio. In 1997 he became the presiding judge of the General Equity Division in Monmouth County. He served on both the Civil and Family Divisions of the court. On August 1, 2003 Judge Fisher was elevated to the Appellate Division of the Superior Courts. [2]
