Clifton Rhodes Bratcher (1917-1977) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky.

Bratcher was nominated to the Western District of Kentucky by President Richard Nixon on October 7, 1970, to a new seat created by 84 Stat. 294; he was confirmed by the Senate on October 13, 1970, and received commission on October 16, 1970. From 1976-1977, he served as the chief judge. He served the Western District of Kentucky until his death on July 25, 1977. [1]
