Cole County is within the 19th Judicial Circuit. The people of Cole County are served by a Circuit Court and four Municipal Courts.
The United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri has jurisdiction in Cole County. Appeals from the Western District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
