Conecuh County is in the 35th Circuit of Alabama, along with Monroe County.[1]

The people of Conecuh County are served by a Circuit Court, District Court, Probate Court and two Municipal Courts.

The United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama has jurisdiction in Conecuh County. Appeals from the Southern District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
