Pennsylvania: Judge Gregory A. Olson has announced that he will retire from the Indiana County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania on January 7, 2011. He was first appointed to this court in December of 1998.

When announcing his decision, Judge Olson stated, "I am grateful to the people of Indiana County for giving me the opportunity to serve in this position. I thank county officials, court personnel and members of the Indiana County bar for the friendship, courtesy and support they have offered me." Judge Carol Hanna expressed admiration for her colleague, saying, "I have always admired, both as an attorney and a judge, the careful and practical consideration he gives to his decisions, and his well-written opinions. He has served the citizens of Indiana County well.”[1]
