Curtis M. Fiorini is a judge on the Sacramento County Superior Court. He was appointed in December 2010 by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to succeed Loren E. McMaster. [1]
2012 election
Fiorini ran for re-election to the Superior Court in 2012. As an unopposed incumbent, his name did not appear on the ballot. After the primary election, Fiorini was automatically re-elected.[2]

Education
Fiorini received his undergraduate degree from California State University, Stanislaus and his J.D. from California Western School of Law. [1]
Career
After receiving his law degree, Fiorini went into private practice. Next, he served as a deputy district attorney for the Stanislaus County District Attorney's Office, from 1997 to 1998. He spent the next three years in private practice, until joining the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office in 2001. He served there until joining the Superior Court in 2010. [1]
